Pick Talk 2/28

Who wants to get rich this weekend? Well, rich enough to have ourselves a good weekend and have enough left in the bank to continue this train for next week? Because I sure as hell am. Welcome back to #TheSpan Pick’s Talk. Here is our picks for tonight’s action.

Joe’s Picks

The OVER Hornets/Raptors (215.5)

I feel like this line is a good line to take the over on. I understand the Raptors are red hot and are going to win this basketball game, probably by a good margin. But to get to where the Over sits at 216 seems reasonable.Yes, the Raptors are a great defensive team, but the Hornets have some scorers. Charlotte averages 102 points per game, while allowing 110 points per game. Now if you were going just off that, the over wouldn’t hit, but it would come very close. So, by law of averages,I like taking this over. However, if you were to go with the Raptors season averages, they score 113 points per game while allowing 106. Bingo! That’s over. So, in all reality, this over should hit, and I am going with the statistics tonight. Let’s go with the over, and lets throw 2 units on it. Even if the line were to change and bump up a bit, I’d still feel comfortable taking the over.

Kalb’s Picks

No write up for Kalb this week. He is just giving you the picks as he sees them and he’s giving away free money. What a guy. This kid has been red hot as of late, so let’s get right to the picks and lets all win some money, how about that?

Dayton -10.5

Dayton vs Davidson tonight at 7pm et on ESPN 2. Not many teams playing better than Dayton and they want to secure that 2 seed. Kalb has Dayton covering that double digit spread.

Enjoy folks, lets make some money and we will continue to have pick’s talk this weekend to win even more money.
