The New York Giants announced that star wide reciever Odell Beckham Jr will undergo surgery on his left ankle
Beckham was injured in the 4th quarter attempting to make a catch on a second down play.
The injury is to the same ankle Beckham sprained against the Browns in week 2 of the preseason.
Surgery certainly means Beckham Jrs season is over.
To make matters worse, the Giants lost wide outs Brandon Marshall, Sterling Shepard and Dwayne Harris to injury all in the game as well.
Marshall has sprained ankle. Shepard’s severity is unknow. Dwayne Harris has a broken foot.
The Giants finished the game with no healtny wide receivers and lost 27-22 to Los Angeles.
