The Kansas Jayhawks are loading up on the big man of the future. After landing 4 start recruit, Silvio de Sousa, Kansas adds another recruit. The 6’9″ David McCormack will be joining the Jayhawks next year.
McCormack attended the same high school and was teammates with current Jayhawks, Billy Preston.
McCormack is listed as a 4 star recruit, the number 3 center, with major upside. McCormack won’t be one of those one and done players either. If the roster is shaping up the way that it is, McCormack is going to have to work hard for minuted during his freshman year. However, he is a bruiser down low, great rebounder, and plays awesome defense, something Bill Self loves.
The recruiting class is already shaping up nicely for Bill Self and the Jayhawks. Kansas lands David McCormack, Silvio de Sousa and will add 3 transfers in, Dedric Lawson, K.J. Lawson and Charlie Moore.
