Giants add depth to running back; sign Shaun Draughn

According to Adam Schefter, the Giants have agreed to terms with free agent running back Shaun Draughn.

Draughn, the five year veteran out of North Carolina, played the 2016 season with the 49ers rushing for 196 yards on 74 carries with four touchdowns.  Draughn recorded 29 receptions for 263 yards and two scores showing multiple capabilities.

This is simply a lost cost move to add depth at the position and to add a body to compete during camp.

The other current running backs on the Giants roster include Paul Perkins, Shane Vereen and Orleans Darkwa.
